To permanently delete your Cilmi account and all associated personal data, follow the steps below:
Open the Cilmi app (com.library.cilmi) and sign in to your account.
Scroll to the bottom of this page and tap "Delete My Account" (you must be signed in).
Enter your current password to confirm your identity.
Tap "Delete My Account" your account will be immediately deactivated and queued for permanent deletion.
If you can't access your account, email us at suport@mahaacademy.net to request deletion. Include your registered phone number or email address in the message.
You can also request deletion by contacting us on WhatsApp from the Contact page. Include your registered email address in the message.
The following personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your request:
Your account profile (name, email address, phone number)
Your password (hashed we never store it in plain text)
Your favorites list and bookmarks
Your audio/video listening progress and history
Your download records
Your notification preferences and notification history
Your login session tokens
The following non-personal data may be retained for legal and operational reasons:
Anonymised activity logs (no name or email attached)
Aggregated, de-identified usage statistics
System audit logs required by law or security investigations
Your account is immediately deactivated when you submit the deletion request. All personal data is permanently and irreversibly deleted within 30 days. You will not be able to recover your account after this period.
Content uploaded by administrators (books, audio, videos) is library content and is not linked to your personal account — it is not affected by your account deletion.
